  • Your account must not have been used extensively (completion of more than 50% of available lessons may disqualify refund eligibility)
  • You must not have previously received a refund for the same subscription period
  • Subscription must have been purchased through our official Next5 website

  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund

4. Processing Timeline

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of approval or denial within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account (typically 3-5 business days).

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made through third-party platforms or app stores
  • One-time purchases of additional course materials
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless specified otherwise)
  • Subscriptions that have expired or completed their term

6. Third-Party Platform Purchases

If you purchased through an app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.), you must request a refund directly from that platform according to their refund policies. We cannot process refunds for purchases made outside of our official website.

7. Subscription Auto-Renewal

If your subscription renews automatically and you wish to receive a refund for the renewal charge, please contact us within 30 days of the renewal date. We can help you cancel automatic renewal to prevent future charges.
